For custom designs, there is a one-time digitizing fee to convert your artwork into a format suitable for embroidery. This fee varies based on the complexity of the design, and we’ll let you know upfront before proceeding.
4. Wholesale Pricing Available:
If you're interested in bulk orders, we offer discounted wholesale pricing! Be sure to mention the quantity you need when submitting your request to receive a custom quote.

We’ll provide a mock-up or description of your custom design. Review and approve the design, or request any necessary adjustments.

Once the design is approved, we’ll send you a payment link or invoice, which will include the digitizing fee and product cost.
7. Receive Your Custom Creation:
Sit back while we craft your one-of-a-kind embroidered items. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days, and you’ll be notified once it’s on its way!
